As per the description, I understand that you are experiencing issue with iHeart Radio stopped working after installing Windows updates on the system.

In order to understand the issue more clearly, I would request you to kindly provide me with the following information.

Are you getting any error message? If yes, what is the exact error message along with the error code?
From where have you downloaded iHeart Radio on the system? Have you downloaded from the Windows store or have you downloaded using any third party software?

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if that helps.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I tried the first link and got page does not exist. I am attaching the screen shot. I had already tried resetting IE settings but the problem still exists. I did not download iHeartRadio. I go to the radio station's website and click on the link to listen live via iHeartRadio. I am attaching screen shot of the KTRH.com website with that link. As you can see from the last shot when I got on the iHeartRadio page for KTRH there is no black play bar at the bottom of screen that should start the audio. These screen shots are from using Firefox. There are no error messages.

I set up a new account and tried iHeartRadio.com. Same result - no playbar at the bottom. I tried iHeartRadio.com and clicked on Live Radio tab. Each station I clicked went to 404 page not found screen.

Installed Windows 10 last weekend and still have the iHeartRadio problem in which it doesn't display the black playbar at the bottom of screen. Interestingly enough, as an experiment I tried to install the iHeartRadio app on my laptop and it said User Country is Not Supported. However, I have the app on my iPad and it plays just fine. I have JavaScript enabled and popup blocker turned on in all 3 browsers - IE11, Firefox, and Chrome. I contacted McAfee support and was told McAfee is not causing iHeartRadio not to play. Also, when I click Live Radio tab I still get 404 page not found screen. When I click Artist radio tab nothing happens when I click the play arrow in the artists' icons.
